SOUCI is a small, remote-first team building the brand we wanted to exist. We’re growing slowly and intentionally — 12 people today, 18–20 by the end of 2026.

How we work

• Remote-first — distributed across Asia, Europe, North America. We meet in person twice a year (Hong Kong + one rotating city).
• Async by default — no standups, light meetings, written-first culture.
• 4-day work week — Friday is for deep work, side projects, or off entirely. Compressed pay, full salary.
• Equity from day one — meaningful, vested over four years.
