SOUCI started in 2024 with a simple frustration: the existing market for intimate wellness was either clinical and embarrassing, or sleazy and untrustworthy. Neither felt like the kind of brand we’d want our friends — or our future selves — to buy from.

So we built one. Quiet packaging. Honest copy. Real product testing. End-to-end privacy. No dark patterns at checkout. Returns that don’t punish you for trying.

What we believe

  • Privacy is the product. Discreet packaging by default. Browsing data isn’t sold or shared. Card details never touch our servers.
  • The body deserves nice things. Personal care should look and feel like the rest of your bathroom shelf — not like a punchline.
  • Honest, not loud. No “life-changing” claims, no fake reviews, no aggressive upsells. The product has to do the work.
  • Long warranty, easy returns. If we sell it, we stand behind it for 2 years. Defective: replaced free.

Where we are

SOUCI is a remote-first team of 12, distributed across Asia, Europe, and North America. Our fulfilment centre is in Hong Kong; international shipping goes through bonded warehouses to keep customs friction low.
